Puuhailin aiemmin jo näitä pieniä ruusuja ja nyt sain kirjoitettua ohjeen puhtaaksi.
Näitä on todella helppo ja nopea tehdä, joten onnistuu ihan aloittelijaltakin.
I promised a pattern for my tiny roses earlier. These are really easy and quick to make.
Ruusun kokoa on helppo muunnella koukun kokoa vaihtaen, vaikka käyttääkin samaa lankaa. Kuvan pienin vaaleampi ruusu on virkattu koukulla 2 mm, keskikokoinen koukulla 2.5 mm ja isoin ruusu koukulla 3 mm. Isoimmankin ruusun koko on vain n. 2 cm leveä. Lehdet on virkattu koukulla 2.5 mm.
The size of the rose can easily be modified by using hooks of different sizes. The smallest of the pale pink roses is crocheted with 2 mm hook, the mid-sized one with 2.5 mm hook and the biggest one with 3 mm hook. Even the biggest rose here is no more than 2 cm wide. The leaves are crocheted with 2.5 mm hook.
- 15 ketjusilmukkaa (kjs)
- Neljänteen silmukkaan koululta: pylväs (p)
- Jokaiseen silmukkaan loppuun asti: 2 pylvästä.
- Päättele ja jätä pitkähkö langanpää.
- Kieritä sykerölle ja ompele langanpäistä ruusu muotoonsa ja halutessasi johonkin jo kiinni.

- 6 kjs
- Toiseen silmukkaan (s) koukulta: kiinteä silmukka (ks)
- Seuraavaan s: puolipylväs (1/2-p)
- Seuraavaan s: pylväs (p)
- Seuraavaan s: p
- Seuraavaan s: pitkä pylväs (pp)
- Tee kolme kjs
- Tee piilosilmukka ensimmäisenä tehtyyn ketjusilmukkaan, eli samaan s kuin pitkä pylväskin.
- Älä päättele vaan jatka virkkaamalla 5 kjs
- Toiseen s koukulta: ps
- Seuraavaan s: ks
- Seuraavaan s: 1/2-p
- Seuraavaan s: ps
- Päättele ja jätä pitkähkö langanpää. Ompele ruusu kiinni lehteen.
Tältä näyttävät ruusu ennen sykerölle ompelua ja lehti ennen ruusuun ompelua.
This is what the rose and leaf look like before rolling the rose up and sewing them together.
Tiny Rose:
- 15 chain stiches (ch)
- In the fourth stitch (s) from the hook: treble stitch (tr)
- In each s to the end: 2 tr.
- Fasten off and leave a longish yarn tail.
- Roll up the rose and sew it together.
Leaf:
- 6 chain stitches (ch)
- In the following s: double crochet stitch (dc)
- In the following s: half treble stitch (htr)
- In the following s: treble stitch (tr)
- In the following s: tr
- In the following s: double treble stitch (dtr)
- Crochet 3 ch
- Make a slip stitch (ss) to the first ch that was made (i.e. in the same s as the dtr)
- Do not fasten off. Continue with 5 ch.
- In the following s: ss
- In the following s: dc
- In the following s: htr
- In the following s: ss
- Fasten off and leave a longish yarn tail. Sew the leaf to the base of the rose.
